Welcome

At the MCA, our staff, leaders, and Board are members of the communities we serve. Nosotros are a passionate and diverse group of individuals with varying backgrounds, interests, and life experiences, and those perspectives assist to guide our work.

United by love for art and our vibrant creative community, our aim is to capture the spirit of admission, inclusion, and disinterestedness in all nosotros do.

Our principal chore equally the MCA Leadership squad is to work together towards the development and execution of the MCA Strategic Plan, a multi-twelvemonth project that is building new museum infrastructures through the lens of inclusion, variety, equity, and accessibility (I.D.E.A.) and operational stability.

Through the Strategic Plan, we aim to match programming and resource with the priorities of our staff, artists, and public by establishing channels for dialogue and facilitating ongoing conversations on the urgent issues of our time.

We are also securely invested in creating an environment of staff wellbeing and building infrastructures that offer staff support in and outside of the museum walls, and that prioritize career development at all levels of employment.

Nosotros acknowledge that it takes piece of work to grow, improve, and better our earth, and that we cannot enact the goals of the Strategic Plan without care and without input from the people we serve.

Nosotros believe we are stronger when nosotros are in chat with one another, and hope you join us in this ongoing work and dialogue. The MCA believes securely in the values of inclusion, multifariousness, equity, and accessibility (Thought), and we are committed to enacting structural change by turning our behavior into actions. Cumulative Giving Report

Annual Reports

The who, what, where, when, and how of any institution is revealed in its almanac report. The MCA's almanac written report lists the yr's exhibitions, performances, programs, donors, and acquisitions, and of class, the facts and figures that get in all add up.
